In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth

Once upon a time, in the vast expanse of nothingness, there was a great and powerful being known as God. With a mere thought, God decided to create a wondrous world filled with life and beauty.
”’In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.”’
On the first day, God spoke into the darkness, “Let there be light!” And just like that, light appeared, casting away the shadows. God saw that the light was good, and He separated it from the darkness, calling the light “Day” and the darkness “Night.”
On the second day, God created the sky, a great blue expanse that stretched above the earth. He called this magnificent creation the “Heavens.”
The third day arrived, and God gathered the waters on the earth, creating vast oceans, seas, and lakes. He then commanded the dry land to appear, and it did. God named the dry land “Earth” and the waters “Seas.” He then created plants, trees, and flowers of all shapes, sizes, and colors to cover the earth.
On the fourth day, God filled the sky with the sun, moon, and stars. The sun would shine brightly during the day, while the moon and stars would twinkle in the night sky.
The fifth day brought forth the creatures of the sea and the birds of the air. God created fish, whales, and all sorts of sea creatures to swim in the waters, and birds of every kind to soar through the sky.
On the sixth day, God created the animals that roam the earth. He made lions, elephants, giraffes, and countless other creatures, each unique and wonderful. Finally, God created humans, both male and female, in His own image. He gave them the responsibility to care for the earth and all its creatures.
After all this work, on the seventh day, God decided to rest. He looked upon His creation and saw that it was very good. And so, He blessed the seventh day and made it a special day of rest, a day to remember the beauty and wonder of the world He had created.
And that, dear child, is the story of how our marvelous world came to be.
